Impacted Systems: Optimal Blue PPE 09:45 AM CT: The Optimal Blue team is aware of a sporadic issue running searches or requesting locks within Optimal Blue for lenders using geocoding for census tract, which is due to an issue with an upstream provider. Our Product, Development, and Operations teams are focused on a resolution as their highest priority.
If you are running into this issue, you can turn off geocoding by going to the Admin tab within the Lender site, then turning the below preference to "No" for your entities: "Do you want to enable CRA location based premium evaluation? Please reach out to Client Services to add the address fields used for evaluation to the Product Search and Profile Product Search pages prior to enabling this option."
Please note: This will turn off any eligibility or pricing adjustments you have related to address or census tract. Once the issue is resolved, we will reach back out with an update letting you know you can turn the service back on. We appreciate your patience as we work through this issue.
